Custom Sounds V-1.1
I don't usually program with Apple's NTK, however it is easier to program sounds using NTK than to create them on the Newt. Here are a collection of sounds I have created/converted to Newt packages. Try the preview button to hear them. If you think you have a good sound to add, send it to me and I'll convert it and post it here. You can now send your favourite sound to me in just about any sound file format.
Would you believe I've changed Custom Sounds again to include the following features.
All the sound packages now have a spiffy speaker icon like that shown on this page for the wave files.
When you tap the Custom Sound the sound will play, even if you have turned your volume off or deactivated sound effects.
When you download the file it will be filed into the "Sounds" folder if you have one. Otherwise it will appear under"Unfiled".
